Happy July!

We hope everyone had a great July 4th weekend! Our neighbor put on a good show for us to watch.

I thought I should give an update on our porch. It is pretty much done, except I need to paint all the poles and the railing. Which probably won’t happen until this fall because it is so sticky here the paint takes forever to dry.

These first few pictures are from when we first purchased the property and then when we started moving in and adding things to our porch.

Then the guys got to working. This project took a lot longer than we thought because we actually had to hand scrape the entire house underneath the porch before we could paint. 

And now this is what it looks like today. ❤️
