I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I thought it was time to do a blog since we’ve done a few things around the farm.

Mark and I decided it was time for us to treat ourselves to something really fun and cool. 😂 Meet Vader.

This thing is so sweet! Check it out versus Newman.

Mark is enjoying checking on his ponds now for the turtles and beaver.
One of our good friends from the island was passing through Tennessee and decided to stay a couple nights with.

On Friday, I had a really strange occurrence happen with my flock. My five guineas decided that they did not like my white leg horns. So they decided to attack all four of them. Thank goodness we were home because I truly think they would’ve killed my chickens. So I did not want to risk putting them back into the flock so I decided to rehome my guineas. I will reevaluate next spring and maybe do a different kind of set up for them

So today we decided that we needed to find a new home for Newman. I put the listing on Facebook marketplace at a reasonable price. I had 95 inquiries in less than two hours. 😳😳😳😳 But this gentleman is very happy with the purchase.

So while we were in town today, dropping off the guineas, of course we had to stop and have a wonderful lunch at Mile Post 42. I made a quick stop by Walmart and decided to pick up a TV and now we’re watching football outside on the porch.

Life is good 🍻

boys and their toys – hahahaha!! I originally thought it was a “farm” thing that my dad kept looking for bigger better tools, equipment etc. Then as I grew up I realized it is just a guy thing – hahahaha!!
