We are back!

Spent a few days in Georgia spending time with our grandson Lincoln. Mark had a few projects that he helped with at Danny and Cassie’s new home.

Then we came home on Monday. I have had a stupid cold since spending time with Camden in Austin. Cassie had a cold while we were there, what a mess! 😂 And now I think Mark is catching it.

We did finish up securing all the cabinets.

Now we need to figure out countertops.

I did find a beautiful table for the house!

We worked on the bridge a little. Mark has found wood in our barn that we can use to make planks for the new bridge.

Now we are sitting outside, enjoying our beautiful weather, watching our cat chase and kill a mouse.

Hi Mark & Kristi, Wow, what an adventure! Sounds like you had a whirlwind trip to Georgia – family time with Lincoln, and tackling projects at Danny and Cassie’s place. That’s dedication! So sorry to hear you all are battling colds though – yuck! Hope you feel better soon. The progress on your home is amazing! That new dining table sounds absolutely beautiful – I can’t wait to see pictures! And sourcing wood from your own barn for the bridge? That’s resourceful and eco-friendly – love it!
