It has been a busy couple days. I got the spare bedroom painted and now the carpet has been played!

George is in the house! I gave my house plants a refresh with the compost from George. For those that quite don’t understand what I’m talking about, Mark’s father did not want to be buried or cremated. Washington state recognizes that you can be composted when you pass away. We were just so intrigued with the whole process. I hope when I pass away I am able to do this as well.

We did find a different fireplace to replace the one that was originally in the house. The people were so friendly and they live in a beautiful log cabin.

Mark has been working his butt off laying flooring. I am just the gopher. So happy how it is coming along.

Mark now needs to get under the house to move some plumbing for us to finish the kitchen. He is totally dreading that.

We had a stump grinder stop by today. Pretty awesome!
