What a day…

First full day on the property. We had the utility company out today.

We have power! But in the near future we may have to upgrade our lines outside and get them buried.

Doing a little clean up for the dump run.

Then we did a quick dump run. I did not get a picture of the truck because we were dumbfounded on our convenience center(dump). You are supposed to sort out your trash or it can go in this big compactor. What a shit show. Now I need to find out what kind of landfill Dickson county has.

We did have the gas company come out today and all of that is now hooked up. This gas fireplace was left in house. But we had a neighbor stop by and stated that he bought it from the owners a couple years ago and just didn’t have time to get it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We said he could have it but not until our hvac is running.

I decided to see what was behind the wallpaper today. I found out there was more wallpaper!

After a quick dinner in town, now we are enjoying a nice fire outside.

The bed is set up! We are sleeping in the house tonight! ❤️
