I made street corn soup tonight, the boys are supervising me.
I did some painting today on the bedroom doors. We were going to strip them down to the wood and stain. But after a year now, I am over it and they are getting a fresh coat of paint. 🤣
Making good progress on the bathroom. Tomorrow is a trip to Lowe’s and we will purchase flooring and shower tile!
A week ago, Mark and I went hot tub shopping in Nashville. Kade needed to go to the doggy daycare to be evaluated and spend time there, so what better thing to do then to go hot tub shopping. Mark and I had different visions on what we needed/wanted. 🤣 This first picture is what Mark wanted.
This is what Kristi picked out and we purchased. 😳
And today it was delivered. ❤️
It sure looks pretty sitting in its new spot! Now we just gotta get electricity to it. 🤦🏼♀️ Once that is completed, we’ve made friends with the local volunteer fire department and with a small donation, they’ll come and fill up our hot tub for us! Of course Mark is now groaning a little bit because I see all the potential possibilities of making this spot an oasis! More projects to come!
