I shared this picture on my Facebook page. But I thought I would start out with my post sharing my sunset from yesterday.

Yesterday we went to the Co-op and picked up our fish that we stocked our pond with. We got bluegill, bass, catfish and minnows.

The catfish were so pretty!
Today was field trip day. I decided to rehome my Tolbunt Polish girls. They are high maintenance and keeping other chickens from pecking their top feathers can be a mess. Plus, most of the time they are just flighty birds.

I kept them in the house this morning due to us having a late start. So we met the person in Fairview TN. He was running a little late, so we kept the truck running and let the girls stay in there. Mark and I went into the cutest restaurant and had lunch. Just for reference the birds were only in the truck for about 10 minutes and then the gentleman did arrive. lol

Then we hit the road for our second act of our field trip. I’ve met this wonderful woman that buys chicks from a local feed store in Clarksville. She’s done this for several years and has had super luck with getting pullets and very healthy birds. So I have excellent Chicken math, I rehomed four birds and picked up five birds!😂

It was a good day and thankful my sidekick Mark was by my side. ❤️
