Mark and I just enjoyed a few days of down time fiddle farting around the property. I worked on the upstairs with some fresh paint and a blow up bed for when the kids arrive in June. Still need to get some curtains hung but looks good.

Mark has purchased a trap for the beaver. He has been busy working on that. It’s nice that he has our motorized Newman mule to get him around the pond and work on all that stuff.

Today we went and picked up a puppy fence to expand my area for my chicks. In the town of Erin, they have a Piggly Wiggly grocery store!❤️
I expanded my chicken area again. These little buggers keep growing! Coop next month.
Life is good! We have had several days of cool weather and light rain. Kind of reminds us of Washington. But we know in the next few weeks we’re gonna feel that heat and humidity that the South provides. 🥰
