I hope everyone had a blessed Easter. I had so much fun spending time with Alicia and Camden. I sure killed a lot of zombies and bears with the bow and arrow that I gave Camden for Easter. He enjoyed using the Nerf gun. We died Easter eggs, we went swimming, and did a lot of watercolor painting. Camden did not let me get out of his site. ❤️
Poor Mark got bit by some kind of spider before I left. So he was under the weather for a couple days due to the effect of this bite, but he’s feeling much better now.
I was amazed at all of the growth that happened while I was gone. Our property is so pretty right now.

We did not get our grape vines trimmed like we should have, but we have growth! Look closely as we have grapes!

I have flowers blooming and my cactus is doing awesome. Next week I will be planting some things in the gardens around the porch to help with bug deterrence.

We have wild onions that grow here. When Mark mows you can really smell them. Here is a couple I pulled out of the ground.

I am getting my brooding tent ready for my baby chicks that I am getting on Friday! I am so excited, it’s like Christmas morning excitement 🙃

Mark has been a busy bee. He worked on the dishwasher installment and cutting board placement while was gone.

And today was Christmas! Mark worked hard today and I now have a working kitchen sink. ❤️

Daisy was sure glad mom came home.

Sneak peak of what might happen tomorrow!

I hope ya’ll have a good night! 🤠

Several questions for you guys: 1) Keep and eye on that spider bite. I thought mine would heal up on its own – big mistake! 2) CACTUS? Prickly Pear even? Didn’t think they grew there? Watch for some beautiful flowers. 3) A tent for a brooder? What made you think of that? I have several questions on that idea but want to hear how you came up with that one first. Mark is such a creative/crafty guy!! Good for you two – things are looking fantastic!!
