I hope everyone is having a great start of their weekend. My day did not start as well. We needed to go to Dickson for a few things. The back road that we take to get there is very winding and the speed limit is only 50 mph. Some of the curves are kind of narrow, and of course you have deeper ditches in places. I had a gentleman today cross over the yellow line which I saw, and I moved over as far as I could before falling into the ditch and nothing but we hit mirrors. Of course Mark is on his phone and here’s the noise and says what the &@#*! So of course I pull over and turn around and the older gentleman did the same. His poor mirror was destroyed and mine did not even have a scratch. Luckily he was very nice. Understood that he probably got too close to the yellow line, so we were able to all move on, but it was still very nerve-racking.
Mark has been busy working on the shop area the last couple days. He wants to get lighting and the electricity working properly.

This poor shop has a lot of stuff that we still have to clean out and decide if we want to keep or discard.
Yesterday I was missing my plants so I moved them all downstairs. Even though we have a lot of stuff that still needs to get completed. 😂

These are not all of them, but this is what I get to look at when I’m sitting in my glider drinking my coffee.
Today it was nice outside and I was able to bring out trim work and started the staining process.

Then Mark got new blades today for his lawnmower. So he had fun this afternoon.

Life is good! ❤️
